1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition
2. Return Process

- Our team will review your case and confirm whether your return is eligible.
- If approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Process
Since Elara Voyage accepts Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued in the following way:
- For approved returns, we will issue a store credit or replacement item (depending on your preference).
- We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts, as no electronic payments are collected.
4. Order Refusal / Failed Delivery
- If you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery without a valid reason (such as damage), your account may be flagged for future COD restrictions.
- Re-delivery may not be possible without additional shipping charges.
